1. Jamie Pound Dog Training Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the date that the Gift Voucher was originally purchased.
2. Purchases of Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months from date of purchase.
3. Jamie Pound Dog Training cannot be responsible for any deleted or stolen Gift Vouchers.
4. Jamie Pound Dog Training recommends that the purchaser ensures that the delivery email address is entered correctly, as we cannot take any responsibility if someone other than the recipient has used the voucher.
5. Jamie Pound Dog Training recommends that the purchaser ensures that the recipient has received the email Gift Voucher and the recipient keeps the email safe.
6. Jamie Pound Dog Training cannot take any responsibility if emails get caught in spam filters or are not received in the recipient’s mailbox for any other technical reason (e.g. the recipient's mailbox is full) as this is out of our control, although we can change the recipient's email addresses and re-send with the purchaser's permission.
7. Jamie Pound Dog Training Gift Vouchers can only be used on the JPDT website (www.Jamiepounddogtraining.co.uk).
8. Any refunds will be made in the same way that the original payment was made, either by debit/credit card or PayPal.
9. Jamie Pound Dog Training reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
